- International shipping
- Orders will be processed as fast as possible. However, all leather products are handmade by one man. Because of this, all products are made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks of production time.
- Delivery time: 1-2 days for Swiss orders, 2-5 days for Europe, and 1-3 days for International orders (US, Canada and other destinations).
- US and other countries orders are going to be shipped via Priority, European orders via Standard shipping.
- The shipping costs is net including handling. Your local custom may ask you to pay local VAT and customs duties. There will be a separate payment request from your local transport service.

Returns
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached
- Items must be in their original form (NOT worn or altered)
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of alterations, misuse or damage
